Siddha Samadhi Yoga

Siddha Samadhi Yoga (SSY) is a transformative program designed to unlock the hidden potential within each individual. Developed by Pujya Guruji Sri Rishi Prabhakar, SSY teaches the science of non-doing (Akarma), offering a path to self-exploration and higher consciousness. It blends meditation, pranayama, and yogasanas, guiding participants towards a deeper understanding of themselves and the universal laws of life.
Program Structure
The program consists of 14 sessions (each 2-3 hours), culminating in a 3-1/2 days residential silence retreat (called Advanced Meditation Program/AMC), which deepens the transformative experience.
SSY nurtures holistic development in physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, fostering a life of health, harmony, and happiness.
Benefits of
SSY
One of the core benefits of SSY is the profound rest achieved during samadhi meditation, which provides a level of relaxation far deeper than even deep sleep.
This restorative state not only helps alleviate stress and tension but also offers a holistic remedy for various chronic ailments, including asthma, ulcers, diabetes, hypertension, migraines, arthritis, heart issues, and nervous disorders.
SSY is considered one of the highest forms of therapy for physical, mental, and psychological well-being.
Medical practitioners, including Dr. Jagdish Hiremath and Dr. Sachin Deshmukh, have studied the positive effects of SSY on heart and diabetes patients.
In addition to its healing properties, SSY enhances cognitive functions, including memory, concentration, and mental clarity. It fosters mental acuity and helps individuals develop a balanced perspective on life, enhancing their ability to make better decisions and interact more harmoniously with others.
SSY is a holistic development program, nurturing the physical, mental, social, emotional, and spiritual aspects of well-being. It empowers individuals to experience life with a renewed sense of purpose, positivity, and inner peace.
