Offered by the Indian Institute of Inspirational Leadership, Surshetty Kopa, Dharwad, which is a pioneering educational initiative designed to foster a new generation of leaders dedicated to rural development and sustainable living.

Vision
An initiative by Pujya Guruji Sri Rishi Prabhakar and Sri Anna Hazare, ILRD envisions creating leaders who can integrate modern technology, innovative methodologies, and India’s rich cultural and spiritual ethos to rejuvenate rural areas. These leaders will work towards building harmonious prosperity, conserving ecology, and enhancing the quality of life in villages.

Program Overview
ILRD offers a three-year integrated degree course in Rural Development under a Gurukula Ashram system. This immersive program is designed to:

Equip students with interdisciplinary knowledge, combining philosophy, ecology, leadership, and rural economics with practical applications.

Key Features
Course Structure

Duration: 36 months, with a week-long vacation every six months.

Subjects: Four theory papers (40 hours each) and four practical field projects (150 hours each) annually.

Evaluation: Both theory and practical work are graded, with a total of 800 marks per year and 2400 marks for the entire program.
